What does a typical engagement look like?

Every engagement starts with a complimentary discovery call. We learn about your business, your team, and what’s keeping you up at night. From there, we scope a plan—whether that’s a single project like a handbook rewrite, or an ongoing monthly retainer where we function as your outsourced HR department.

How much does it cost?

We work on a flat monthly rate—no surprise invoices, no billable hours ticking in the background. The rate depends on the scope of work and the size of your team. We’ll give you a clear number before we start.

Do you work with businesses outside Winnipeg?

Absolutely. While our office is in Winnipeg, we work with businesses across Manitoba and beyond. Most of our work is done virtually, with in-person visits when needed.

What size of business do you work with?

We work with established businesses that have outgrown DIY HR—typically ten to two hundred employees. If you’re big enough to have HR headaches but not big enough for a full-time HR director, you’re in the right place.

Can you help with a one-time project?

Yes. Not everyone needs ongoing HR support. We take on standalone projects like workplace investigations, employee handbook development, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment. Just tell us what you need.
